When it comes to lid films for thermoforming applications, pattern repeat shortening plays an essential role. Because this is the only way the film can be stretched to centre the image precisely on the packaging. Additional options for your lid film can be found here:

  • Anti-fog and peel
  • Suitable for pasteurisation
  • Suitable for high-speed machines
  • Suitable for stand-up pouches
  • Laser perforation (contour and easy open)
  • Early-sealing films from 80 ˚C
  • Metallised coating
  • Partial matt varnish
  • High puncture resistance
  • Paperlook
  • Triple closures
  • Very good hot-tack
  • Matt outer film
  • Resealable (with good peel and seal properties)
  • Anti-static treatment
  • Barriers: water vapour, UV light, gas, aroma, oxygen, MOSH/MOAH

Anti-fog and the stability of the film are the most important criteria in lid films for tray sealer applications. An anti-fog coating ensures that fresh products do not fog up the film. A stable lid film ensures that the film webs do not tear when removed on the machine. Our range of further options can be found here:

        • Anti-fog and peel
        • Suitable for pasteurisation
        • Suitable for high-speed machines
        • Suitable for stand-up pouches
        • Laser perforation (contour and easy open)
        • Early-sealing films from 80 ˚C

        • Barriers: water vapour, UV light, gas, aroma, oxygen, MOSH/MOAH

Dusty and powdery products are often packaged using tubular bag films. Therefore, a film with anti-static treatment is important to ensure that the product does not adhere to the film – especially around the sealing area. The sliding friction of the film is equally important. We offer these and other options:

        • Anti-fog and peel
        • Suitable for pasteurisation
        • Suitable for high-speed machines
        • Suitable for stand-up pouches
        • Laser perforation (contour and easy open)
        • Early-sealing films from 80 ˚C
        • Metallised coating
        • Partial matt varnish
        • High puncture resistance
        • Paperlook
        • Triple closures
        • Very good hot-tack
        • Matt outer film
        • Resealable (with good peel and seal properties)
        • Anti-static treatment
        • Barriers: water vapour, UV light, gas, aroma, oxygen, MOSH/MOAH

Stand-up pouches are filled with cereal, animal feed etc. This can sometimes involve larger weights, so the film should have the highest possible hot-tack, or heat-sealed seam strength, to ensure that the bag doesn’t burst. The corresponding stiffness of the film should also be ensured. Of course we offer you even more film options:

        • Anti-fog and peel
        • Suitable for pasteurisation
        • Suitable for high-speed machines
        • Suitable for stand-up pouches

          Packaging technology

Since the very beginning, everything at our plant has revolved around flexo printing. More than ever before, it has become the printing technology of choice in the packaging industry. The decisive advantage compared to gravure printing is the lower prepress and printing block costs at almost the same quality. Because today, continuous technological progress in the printing process allows for print results almost equivalent to gravure printing.

We have optimised flexo printing for you

We print the right packaging film for your product according to your print templates and, depending on the motif design, using 8, 10 or 10+1 colours on our three flexographic printing machines. Go to flexo printing

We laminate and perforate your film

Printing on a single film is one thing. But one film is often not enough for more stable packaging. Quality begins with the perfect composite film. Go to finishing

We cut your film to fit your packing machines perfectly

In addition to standard formats, we also produce individual small and narrow rolls for further processing on your packing machines. Go to roll slitting
